Returning to this sequence drops me right back to beginner's mind. As winter has arrived, so has my tight left thigh. Overall, I am just a tad stiffer in the cooler season. The hamstring has not been bothering me, but I did have something else tight for two weeks running almost the entire length of my left leg down to the ankle. That seems to have disappeared with this practice. I feel this is one I should make the effort to do more often in addition to say the shorter calendar sequences. Going to create a special bookmark for it!

December BREATHE day #3. The Lord always knows what I need. I'm quickly approaching finals week and could feel the stress settling in my neck and shoulders. This practice gave me the opportunity to play a little and relax. I didn't think about exams one time while doing this practice. Namaste everyone ❤️

Practicing yoga for a few years now... Not all the time but once in a while. Today was the first time I fell asleep during shavasana! It has been a nightmare here in Israel the past two weeks and that's the first time I was able to let it go, just for a bit and just relax

It has been nine months since I last did this routine. It is a mixed bag for me, given that some poses seem too easy while others are difficult. That gives the mind a lot of candy to suck on. But we stay on our mats composed and relaxed to the end.

Fell asleep on the mat at the end. I needed that because I was battling a toothache throughout. It came on late in the day while I was getting stressed over the YWA calandar no longer being clickable, lol. Not sure why, but perhaps due to a recent system update. I put it all aside and thankfully this practice helped me forget it and even allowed some time to rest my mouth on my hand, soothing further the ache. Feeling much better now. Yoga and a nap, a great combo!

I can not even put in to words how much you have affected and inspired my life. I have been a yogi for years now, attending classes eventually became habitual for me rather than pleasurable. Home practice became my absolute yoga haven, but I began to fall into the same routine with each practice. Your videos, your kind words, have made my practice that much more special. The final meditation sequence here was absolutely harmonious, and I never wanted your delicate and inspiring words to end. Thank you, Adriene, for constantly illuminating the path to furthering my practice.

i would watch your videos a lot when i was waiting tables and on heroin and just trying to feel ok. i lived in san antonio and it was nice knowing you were so close, and your videos helped me through my recovery. my cat tortilla would always get on the mat with me then. i went through a lot since then and stopped doing yoga regularly. i'm trying to rebuild my practice but my cat hasn't really been getting on the mat with me, but today he recognized your voice and got so excited. he was on the mat before i was and was rolling around, licking my knees and putting his butt in my face 😂 we love your videos
