Yes managed to survive through the workout. I started to incorporate strength training into my routine after losing 11kgs. Few more kg to shed💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Wow! I do strength training almost every day. Rarely sore. After this, I was SUPER SORE the next day, mainly inner thighs which is hard to workout. This is different than most workouts. Doesn’t seem intense but results show she chose moves that count. Thank you!

So so good! Why does my chest feel like it’s popping when I do the side pushups? Maybe I have poor form.

That was a nice strength workout. I loved the cradle at the end. I wouldn’t call it intense though

Stared it yesterday I’m going to do it today so I’m trying to tone hopefully this workout with help I want to go running but I don’t have a treadmill to do it inside and outside it 104 so I’m not running in that heat I would do it inside but…. I read that running in place does not have the same qualities at running in an open place does
