30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Strength Workout [NO REPEAT]

Tap in with us for a 30 minute full body dumbbell workout if you're looking build strength/muscle, endurance, and burn a lot of calories! All you need for this workout is a soft surface and a moderate pair of dumbbells (see intro for reference). This workout is broken down into 3 total sets of 8 exercises with each set containing different variations of the same movement patterns. There are no big modifications for this workout BUT the first set was designed for beginners, so you can always use the prior set(s) for modifications. We recommend doing this workout at least 2-3 x per week for noticeable results especially if you're looking to build strength and lose body fat. This is my accountability comment. My goal is to do this workout for the next 90 days, everyday except weekends and public holidays (basically when my kids are at home). Starting now. (edit below:)

Edit: with a bit of a delay I've nonetheless finished it. Thanks for all your support!

What's next? I'm just gonna keep doing the workout without pushing myself too much and I'll try to stick to a consistent schedule as it helps to build and maintain momentum.

The setting, the improved editing, the lighting, the aesthetics, the music, man everything about this video is GORGEOUS. I especially love the right hand side muscle targeting concept. Really solid on this one, keep up the great work. I watch on my TV so I never comment, but congrats on the engagement as well. This channel has been my favorite for a few months now. I'm a very busy mom of four with a nine month old and a surprise number five on the way. I LOVE your workouts. The nonrepetitive nature keeps me from getting bored and quitting and I always "feel the burn" pretty well. So grateful I found you guys on here. The music is perfect and doesnt have any crazy lyrics (or any at all) so I don't have to leave my kids to their own devices to get in a workout. SO SO Grateful.

Due to being a parent I have zero time for gym and let myself go but due to y’all’s content I really enjoy taking 25-30 minutes of my day to myself and doing these workouts not only are they fast but enjoyable.

I've been doing your workouts for a couple months now. Started off beginner with 5 lb weights and now up to 11lb weights, and now I find that's not challenging anymore! Feeling the progress is amazing, thank you for your videos!
