25 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Muscular-Endurance Workout [ Advanced Strength Training ]

Tap in with us for a FULL BODY strength workout that will help build your muscular-endurance. We've split this workout up into 3 groups of 3 exercises that will be done back-to-back-to-back with only a rest period between each group. First, we recommend skimming through the workout to preview the exercises so that you can prep for what weights you want to use. Aim to use 1 set of dumbbells that you can manage for each of the 3 exercises. Over time you can increase the weight and challenge yourself with some progressive overload. I usually don’t like workouts with repeats but I LOVE this
It goes by quick. I get bored resting after every single exercise in other videos.

I'm so happy I found you guys to do my workouts. I started last week and this week makes it my second. I've been watching different videos. Have my two 10lbs dumbells starting out with i can't go any higher. I'm so proud of myself. Come in from work after midnight and still make it my best to click on a video to do a 30-minute or more workout. I can't wait to see my little 💪🏾. I'm looking into a workout on my belly fat. I'm trying not to give up, 4 to 5 days a week is not bad.

I really like this workout. I love that each group is strait through without breaks. I would like to have the upper body and lower body grouped together. I need to switch weights mid-group for the first 3 groups. It’s hard to switch with no break between.
