30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell EMOM Workout [Strength Training / NO REPEAT]

Tap in with us for another Full Body dumbbell strength workout with an EMOM (every minute on the minute) format. This workout is designed to help you challenge yourself with the amount of weight that you're using with each exercise. We have a recommended amount of reps designated for each exercise so that you get the most out of each interval. We've also included a guide in the intro on how to manage your way through this type of training session. As you progress with this workout over time, we highly recommend tracking the dumbbells that you're using and increasing the load.

DISCLAIMER:
The dumbbells that we use are lighter than what we would use in a normal workout. We film multiple workouts at a time and these weights are manageable enough to demonstrate with proper form. Do NOT hesitate to increase the weight so that you can maximize this training session. We've included what we would normally use for this type of workout below.

Just wanted to say my family loves your workouts! My husband, kids and I do them together at home. I just don’t have time to be at the gym for 2 hours like I used to. Your 30 minute workouts are so achievable! Anyone has 30 minutes of their life to spare!

Ok!!!! So, I cannot believe I completed this 30 min work in full. It took me a little longer than 30 mins because I was cooking dinner too. Some of the exercises I thought were TOO difficult for me to do, but GUESS what I DID IT!!! I am extremely proud of myself, and this is just the beginning. Great workout! I was finally able to use my 20lb dumbbell, as I only have 1. I've definitely been getting stronger working out with you guys. I've out grown my 10lb dumbbells but I still use them because that's what I have but thank you guys and keep the workouts coming!

J and T, I love your EMOM workouts the most. This workout is very doable to me. I can increase or decrease the weights and it’s mostly strength training rather than cardio.

Very excited for this video and to have recently discovered a new, welcoming and challenging set of trainers.
Another (popular) channel I followed made a comment to me saying, in their own words, that nobody respects nor is attracted to lazy, fat people. And that romance novels are proof of this. I had to yeet out of there at super sonic speed, probably even burned some calories doing so!
