We know that to improve your training, you have to train. But don't overlook your warm up. Warming up will enhance your performance by activating the muscles, help to avoid muscle soreness post workout and most importantly avoid injury.

I had so many requests for a full body warm up - sorry it took so long but here it is!

I don’t know why 5 minute warm ups make me not want to workout. I don’t like working out or the gym so this is helpful for my follow through.

At the end of this warm-up, I'm always panting! And to see her smile and talk to us despite being breathless is a great thing. So much effort goes in, so thank you! I love this warm-up because I have a baby and I'm always on a clock. I need a very quick warmup before I begin my workout and this is just perfect for that. 👍🏻

I was soar from a workout I did yesterday, so I decided to do a warmup as a morning stretch, this video hit all the spots and my body feels so loose!! In less than 2 minutes!! Thank you!!

Thank you, Nicola. This one is more "typical" warm-up for me as I am used to all these movements. The other one (which is a little longer) is more challenging. So great to have a choice👍

Some background info: I'm 96 kg, 152 cms, hip 48 inch and waist 38 inch

Day 1: the jumping jacks are already so so hard... I stretched
