. it's amazing 🤩 bcoz i loss 1inch from 32to 31 by doing this for 5days ... I did each exercise 50 times mrng and evening....
Age : 18, female
Diet plane :
Mrng : omlet with 2 brown breads
Afternoon: little amount of rice with veggies
Night : chapathi with low oil curry

The most important thing when it comes to loosing fat is calorie, which is what everyone fail to mention. You could do these exercise everyday for 10 years but if you don't think about what you eat, it does not make much difference when it comes to loosing fat.

I saw these first in vds gym youtube channel. I tried these they look easy but they r really hard. My abdomen hurts a lot after i do these exercises.
N ur smiling n doing these when i do these am literally in tears.
I hope i can enjoy exercise as much as u do .
Also i like ur smile a lot. So cute.

These exercises will only help you to make strong abdominal muscles. You can not target a particular point for fat loss. All u need it to be in caloric deficit and do cardio.

It won’t target belly fat. Sorry folks, that’s not how belly fat reduces. Calorie deficit combined with aerobic and strength training, especially lower body to fail is how you start with fat reduction. Belly fat will be the last to go, if at all depending on genetics. Your brain is programmed to hold on to the belly fat and will resist your attempts to burn it off as long as possible, so keep this in mind when committing to a dietary/workout routine.
