Another great work out - thank you Lucy. I l;ost 8 lbs on January challenge - exercise help was super but the key for me was the 80/20 eating - really worked and manageble for life! Best of all I fee l more confident in myself and have lots more energy. Thank you x

I cherish my “I love Lucy” time. I’ve experienced a huge mental, physical and emotional improvement. The scales say I’ve only lost a few pounds but my clothes say differently!!!

Lucy! What a fabulous workout. I love the way you incorporated moves that require us to use both sides of our brain! I really appreciate what your doing to keeping us moving and the workouts exciting, new and challenging so our bodies don't grow accustom to the same exercises. I felt my muscles and body being challenged as well as my mind. I was able to keep up and focus on the targeted area. I can't wait to do it again! 🧚🏽‍♂️🙌🏽♡💕✨🔥

Thanks so much Lucy. I didn't go out for walk walk this morning because it is SO cold. This was perfect and then I did some stretches. Heart disease is in my family so I'm really trying to get exercise into my life daily and you really help me with that. TFS 🤗💕

I completed the February Boost Your Heart Challenge and when I started this my resting heart beat was 68 (17x4) and after 4 weeks it is 64 (16x4)! Thank you Lucy :)

I love these quick workouts. Only part I dislike about it is when she says, "That's good". When I hear that it's normally we are done or that's enough and I think it's time to stop but she is still going.

Thank You so very much for this quick & effective workout. I'm 44 moderately healthy, was hit with a bad case of covid-19 for almost the last 4 weeks.

At 5'5", 150lbs & 44 yrs old, It left me weak, my lungs struggle for air, my heart beats like I'm gonna die simply from walking up stairs. My body is so easily over taxed & I'm too young to be this bad off (mostly my heart worries me) it seems so weak.
My Doc is on board as well.

Lucy, this Video is just what I need, short duration workout to rebuild myself, breath easier and strengthen my heart, no jumping required.
