Meal prep:
Calorie deficit count all your calories for the day when meal prepping and just eat that for the day it’s simple
Or you could just eat once a day
Or say you eat two sandwiches eat one boom already cut that meal in half it’s very simple just have to find ways to make it work for you
And make sure you’re drinking a lot of water and zero calorie carbonated drinks so you feel full through the day without going over your plan

It’s so simple. I like to stay low on Fats (under 100g/day) keep my calories at or around 2000/day. Make sure I burn at least 500 calories at the gym every session. Take 1g of protein per pound of body weight and you’re golden. I promise you will see improvements. Try to incorporate greens and fruit every day if you can. *HOMEMADE* Smoothies are your best friend.

it works kings! i’ve started going into a calorie deficit for the past few months and let me tell you i’ve lost a TON of weight along with doing some cardio every 2 or 3 days since i’m busy with school and don’t have time to go to the gym my body looks so much better and i can almost see my abs CONSISTENCY IS KEY KINGS
