Thank you for this, I started walking after your previous post with the lovely Ken. I often walk either to work or from work to home along the river. It's a stunnig walk from Putney to Hammersmith bridge. Thank you for your helpful posts.

I started to walk 2 miles during my lunch break at work 5 days a week and eating healthier and lost 20 pounds. 42 years young

I agree 100%. I work on doing at least 10-20K steps a day. I also love my weighted vest - but in winter only. <3 It's also great to walk to new places and in nature so the brain can form new neurons.

I’ve had to find “walk at home” videos from Covid lockdown, so I can do my daily walking even during the height of pollen season when I can’t even open the windows. It works! And I’m looking forward even more to when I can walk outside.

I have a job where I’m walking up to around 20k steps 4 days a week. I need to get back in the gym and start lifting because I’ve been gaining weight. Plus my sleep isn’t the best. Thank you for your content.✌🏻

I LOVE walking! I walk everyday. Sometimes 2-3 Xs (30 min ea) when I have time. Sunshine ☀️ therapy, mental therapy (love nature, it’s calming to me)

I am now menopausal. I train 4 x a week, and this has really messed with my body and mental health. I have been watching your videos to try and work out how I can continue to train efficiently and effectively. You're the only person I see speaking about this.
