I started off this year at 181lbs as a 14 year old and now currently weigh at 135lbs and want to stop around 120ish. Just wanted to let people know to never give up and keep going. Do it for you only and not for other people.

Edit: weighing at 124.6 almost at my goal.

Edit** I've now lost 25 pounds in my first 3 months with Jo! I did change my diet a little bit, I didn't really change what I eat, just how much I am eating. I have a problem with snacking, so I cut back on that and it really helped me.

My favorite workouts are the dance workouts, but I do cycle through almost all the different exercises. I usually just pick one or two videos from her page each day.
One month ago I found Jo, I've been doing her workouts 6-7 times a week since then. I have already lost 7.5 pounds, I love her!!!

Perimenopausal here. This weight just crept up on me. I found out how to fix it, made myself a priority, got rid of distractions, and held myself accountable. I don't weigh myself, but i notice a difference with how my clothes fit and how I feel. And today my collarbone showed up! Hoping this motivates at least 1 person who reads this.

Did my first intense workout with you today, it was 15 minutes and I made it 14 before my asthma stopped me but at least I made it 14!!

Today is week one for me. 5 days consistent.
It doesn't seem like much to others, but it's a big deal to not give myself an excuse not to get up & move.
This video gives me MORE courage to keep going.

It was this video that inspired me to add your home workouts to my daily routine! I have a 4 year old and an almost 3 year old. Both were born via c-section and I gained almost 70lbs with both pregnancies. I was incredibly fit before kids, so i literally didn’t recognize my body anymore. Going to the gym was definitely creating slow changes, but once I added your routines, in a matter of weeks I’ve dropped inches, over 10 pounds, and I’ve gained SO much energy! I’m now almost my pre-pregnancy weight again! But more importantly, I’m feeling really good about myself and I smile my way through your workouts! ❤

Every since I've been following Jo and doing my workouts every day consistently, my body is in such good shape along with eating healthy w lots of protein. That belly fat is gone, I am proud of myself!!

Thank you for all you do. I've put on 80lbs since 2019/2020 when COVID started. With the trauma of working in healthcare, getting sick myself and dealing with personal loss, I ate my way through my pain. I started intermittent fasting two weeks ago and found your videos one week ago. I've done them daily, at first sitting in a chair because of the pain in my knee's from COVID. For two days now I've been able to get up and move with the videos. It makes me feel like myself again. Thank you 💖

This is so motivating for me... Last year I was nothing but a people pleaser, never prioritized myself and never wanted to let anyone down, later on I realized nobody was my friend and that I was just there... This may not relate to working out for those who are reading, but for me it does in so many ways... Whenever I'm working out I think about giving up half way the video, but I always remember that the pain they caused me is way worse than the one from the workout lol.

Thx jo i had 2 C-sections an a herna surgery and seeing you doin yo thang has really inspired me to take my health journey serious this year I'm only 3 weeks in but I feel so much better an I'm seeing small changes I lost all my baby weight 3 years ago I was 250 pounds an sad I did just dance an used ur works an I weigh 140 now here's to getting tht beach body fr only way to go is up from here ladies you can do it stay strong focused determined an consistent 💪🏾❤
