This is a total body stretch for you today and I can promise you will feel so much better when you are done! I want you to take today recover as you have to give your body plenty of time to recover at least once a week! Really relax your mind and your muscles as you lengthen the fibers to decrease soreness and tightness! Let me know if you feel better after this stretch!

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. this is my number 1 go-to stretching routine every time i feel like my whole body needs one. it feels more like a 10 minute vid rather than 20 mins. it just hits the spot

I'm fairly confident I'm the most inflexible human to have ever existed and I will say that this. I have tried 100 different beginner stretch videos (all of which are great in their own right) but I can't do half the stretches so back to doing nothing I go. This video was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Simple, straight forward and I at no point did I feel like I was going to die doing them. Thank you for helping me find an achievable and sustainable starting point!

I love this. I would love to see a 20 minute stretch specifically to be done After a run. I have just started running and I have got up to 7K now and I’m really proud of that. A lot of that achievement is down to your encouragement Sydney and knowing that I am stronger than I think I am. So thank you so much for that. I really been looking for a great stretch series to do after a run that will really help me to cool down and make sure I’m not too sore the next day. That’ll be a fabulous thing to see on your channel

I can't get anywhere near straightening my leg in the last exercise or get my head anywhere near my feet in the exercise with the soles of the feet touching, I'm so inflexible.

I'm an OT student and have three anatomy tests next week, two of them over the lower extremity and just want to take time to say thank you Sydney for incorporating so much knowledge into your workouts <3
