It is an easy routine for you to do daily whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner.

This movement will keep your joints supple and healthy.

Usage:
1. Daily Morning routine
2. Warm-up before your workout
Do it for 6 weeks 3X per week and you will be strong.
3. When you need a break after sitting for too long

Here is a full-body routine that I have put together with this movement.
Do it for 6 weeks 3X per week and you will be strong. Enjoy.
