20 MIN SUPER SWEATY HIIT WORKOUT ( No Equipment ) | Fitness Dilek

I am back with another super sweaty high intensity killer calorie burner HIIT workout for you all !

This workout consists of different variations of HIIT exercises which includes combinations of high intensity exercises !

This one will make you sweat for sure. Only thing you need is a bottle of water to keep you hydrated and a matt.

Workout Details:
20 MIN SUPER SWEATY HIIT WORKOUT ( No Equipment )

👉🏼 Duration: 30 Min 5 mins of Cool Down Stretches in the end and 2 mins warm-up in the beginning of the workout
👉🏼 No Equipment
👉🏼 45 Sec Work, 15 Sec Rest
👉🏼 Level: Medium to Advanced
👉🏼 No Repeat
