This workout is good as it shows on the Right upper corner what we are doing in a stationery icon. As we need to be guided while watching your four limbs moving on different sides and following in a mirror image fashion and knowing what we are going to do next. Even the preparative videos on the Left upper corner should stay for a longer while for us to capture and digest. Thanks so much Miss Eleni! I still prepare to follow your workouts even when new channels popped out from the You Tube!

i just found out jumping is the best cardio? omg!!!!
"no jumping" workouts are so popular that i never knew before finding this lol
i couldn't complete it in one go bc i was too exhausted 😂 but still it was so fun and motivational my goal is to complete it without longer breaks ❤
