I will do my best ! Guys- i dont want to be an attention seeker but I live on my own and would appreciate you liking this daily to just remind me to take control over my body and do these exercises. I tend to give up easily due to severe depression (havent worked 4 years because of it).

3 days in! Currently weigh 270 and have been plus size my whole life. I’ve never been able to commit to a routine, but I want to get serious about my health for myself and my future family! If anyone reading could send some prayers my way, I’d be so appreciative 🙏💖

I work 10 hour shifts at work and then I have many responsibilities with my family in the evenings that keep me busy. So I often get home at 11pm and go to bed and then it starts again the next day. But I decided to stop making excuses. So today, while at work. I took a break from sitting at my desk and did this workout in an empty office room nearby. So proud of myself. 💪

Hey jo!!
I'm 13 and was at my all time high weight of 143 pounds. I'm not even that tall so my entire body was accumulated with fat. Tired of all the taunts and not being comfortable in my own skin, I started working out with your videos from April 2024. I was consistent till today and will continue to be. I thank you so so much for making me lose 11 pounds in just 3 months. I've never felt this happy. I stayed away from the scale until today and I'm extremely proud of my hardwork! Hello so I normally don't write, but omg, thank you for this! I'm a mom of 3 a 15, 8, and a 2 year old. My husband has just passed 6 months from cancer. I decided with my teen son to eat healthier and move around. As difficult it is, but this video motivates me and hopes to continue on a new journey. Hey! I've just started to do this workout, and this is day 1 of a new journey of mine! I've committed to losing weight multiple times, but have stopped for various reasons. But this time I plan to continue! This workout was really nice, it wasn’t like the extreme and super difficult workouts that are almost impossible for overweight people to do, but it definitely made me sweat! If anyone could like or reply to this comment, it would help to remind me to keep going! My goal is to lose 50 lbs.

Hi, Jo! I don't know if you'll ever see this comment, but this was my first workout that I've done in a VERY long time. I made it through the whole thing, and when I reached the final stretch, I started crying. I don't know if it's the stress this released, or the joy of completing, but either way, God bless you and continue to let God use you. I plan on doing ONE a day. Like you said, consistency can look different everyday, but as long as we keep our bodies moving- even a small 20 minutes in a 24 hour period can make a difference. OH! And I am sweating bullets, so I feel really good. Thankyou!

So I’ve been consistently showing up for myself since January working out with Jo. It took 6 months to lose 20 pounds. I’ve been doing this workout since Jo released it and I’m down 10 more pounds!! I love it! Some days I had to give myself grace becuz I only had time for the first half due to apple picking and garden work just keeping the house in order. And still got results minimum of 4 days a week for two of the weeks this month.🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 seeing results makes it easier to be easy on myself I will admit but also loving myself and family is y I wanna be healthy so there must be grace given when needed. People say 20 mins. isn’t enough of a workout. But these people haven’t done your workout. By the end of your workout i’m already sweating and feel good about myself. Thank you for these amazing workouts.

I did my first workout! Felt good to move my body in more ways than just walking provides. I’m feeling inspired to get up and do any length of video every morning, just to get my body moving.
