Thank you for offering 20 min. HIIT. As a very busy 43-year-old mom of three with a household and a business to run, I’m usually short on time. Twenty minutes is ideal!

This was an absolute KILLER and I had to take breaks every 3 minutes 😅 but I made it!! 💪🏾💪🏾
