This 3 weeks lean arms challenge is great for building some upper body strength and at the same time help to tone your arms. Combine this exercise with other workouts in the program to help to lose fat.

Please note that we can't target fat loss so if you lose fat overall, you'll most likely lose some arm fat as well so definitely encourage you to try other workouts in the calendar.

I just finished the 3-Week Lean Arms Challenge and this is what happened. Keep in mind that I ate at a deficit (1700cals) nearly the entire time. I also took a one-day break because I got vaccinated:
-I lost 7 pounds
-I lost an inch off of my waistline
-For the first time in my life, I can flex my back muscles and they visibly move (I'm morbidly obese and apple-shaped, but even when I was significantly lighter I could never do this. I didn't even know these muscles existed).
-I started off unable to do a single up-and-down plank. Now I can do about five in a row on a good day.
-After an entire life of having no upper body strength, I can do a semi-push-up.

I did this workout for 7 days regularly & people can literally saw different on my upper body not only just arms. Really very effective workout thnk you chloe for all your workout you are just amazing girl💕 love from India🇮🇳

I did this exercise and some others for around one month + diet. Today, when i was dressing up, I took a shirt with long sleeve that used to get tight in my arms. When i finished, i wanted cry, the clothes fit me so good, and the sleeve got slack.
I was 1.68m with 78kg around one month ago.
I'm 68kg now.

My arm is now around 29cm.

I still doing exercises + diet. My goal is 64kg and get my body healed. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

OBS: im sorry my wrong english, its not my first language.

Guys, I never imagined I would say this so soon, but this workout definitely gets easier the more you do it! I'm on the 19th day of the Lean Arms Challenge, but I've been working out since April/May of 2020 (almost one year and four months). However, this is the first time I'm focusing on arms. I remember how I felt the first time I did this workout. It was almost traumatizing, but now I am able to say: it is getting easier and easier! Now I can look at the thumbnail and confidentely say: I got you! Keep going, sweeties!

Day 1. It was extremely hard. When we got to the 2nd set, I could hardly lift myself up. Chloe’s encouragement kept me going. I reminded myself how stubborn I am and that kept me going. Proud to say I completed it. Looking forward to seeing improvement in the exercises I could hardly perform.
