I just tried this arm workout right after my 25 min workout AND OH MY GOD IT FUCKING BURNS and I don't mind I love the burn. Her arm workouts are best because you can do it even while you're on you bed. It's great for me bec I don't like working out during my period so even if I'm not doing full body workouts I'll at least be able to do arm workouts for a week so that's good :))

did this for 3 weeks and all i can say is that it works!! i didn’t get the desired arm shape i wanted but i see a difference and i saw that my arms got a little bit slimmer :) (i didn’t do any kind of diets with this workout)

not only i noticed a great change in my arms but i also feel stronger 🙏🏻 this is an awesome workout. i've been doing it twice a day for two weeks now and they're slimmer and def less weak than before

Guys, I use to do this workout when my arms were really flabby and when maybe half a month passed I definitely noticed a difference and definitely felt like I had muscles now am doing them again because I stopped for a while so I might not have proof about my arms but this definitely works!! And I didn’t even do a diet at all

Okay, hear me out, I've been doing this for well over 3 weeks or so and i can proudly tell you that the clothes that were tight around my arms are now looser and better fitting. Thank you kim. But also you have to be on a diet while doing this or else you'll see little to no change. ❤️ Goodluck to everyone

Been doing this workout for 2 weeks now and I see progress. Although, I can't see my desired result yet but I will continue doing this for a month or more. I'm excited to see what will happen next. FIGHTING!

I love how sometimes she’ll glance at the camera and smile. It really feels positive and nice, like she’s saying “you’re doing great! good job!”

Doing this for a week!
Day 1: did it! Really felt the burn and definitely took breaks
Day 2: did it! Nothing special still a burn and took some breaks
Day 3: i didnt do it! Sorry i just didnt have motivation and was busy today
Day 4: did it! Felt a slight burn and took less breaks, then got a motivation boost and did it again! Feel really good.
Day 4: did twice! Very proud of myself because i also did daist keech hourglass workout, i havent checked in the mirror so idk about results but i definetly feel healthier!

Gonna do this for a month!!
Day 1: ✅did this before school and it burned but it made me feel good
Day 2: ✅burned so badly but I'm loving it
Day 3 :✅loved the burn!
Day 4 : ✅done
Day 5 : ✅I was busy but I will do it twice tomorrow so basically done. Did this the next day!
Day 6: ✅done I can actually see a difference!!! It's not that visible but it's there! Consistency is key!!
Day 7:✅ this burned so bad omg the last 2 always get me but it feels good :)
Day 8 : ✅this is me on day 9 and I forgot to do it yesterday bc I was busy so I'll do it twice today.

Generally, it's difficult to feel a good burn with such a short arm workout. However, this one was so effective (a little painful, yes, but good pain)! I have completed this routine along with other videos over the past week or so, and I can attest that it will yield results for you. <3

Day 4: ✅ lil harder than yesterday.
Day 5: ✅ my arms have never been sore but they were a little sore through out the day AND I think I see a slight change!!

Does it hurt when you're doing the workout but when you get your bring your hands at rest for 2 seconds it doesn't hurt so you lift them back and the pain hits again. SAME
