20 Minute Lean Arms Cardio Pilates Workout | 7 Day Arm Challenge (do this video every day)

Join me for the #7DayArmChallenge!!!

Two challenges on the May calendar done, two to go!!! I know you can do it. Last week we tackled lower body, so this week is alllll about the upper body! The 7 Day Arm Challenge will tighten & tone your arms, shoulders and back. You guys are gonna love it!!!

7 DAY ARM CHALLENGE:

Purpose: To sculpt and tone your arms in 7 days!
Begins: Monday May 18, 2020
Ends: Sunday May 24, 2020
Length: 7 days
Daily commitment: 20-30 min

How it works:
Day 1-7: Take a before picture of your arms & complete the workouts listed for the day. You can even film yourself doing these and have a cool progress video that you can upload to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube at the end of the week!
Day 1-7: Make sure to drink at least 64 oz of water a day for all 7 days.
Day 1-7: Make sure to reduce your intake of refined/processed carbs (bread, crackers, cereal, pastries etc.) and replace with whole vegetables and fruits for 7 days.
End of Day 7: Take an after picture or video of your arms and upload the results to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube! Make sure to include the #7DayArmChallenge hashtag and tag @blogilates so other users can find the challenge!

LEAN ARMS CARDIO PILATES

1. Lunging pull downs
2. Oil riggers
3. Plank jack shoulder taps
4. Tricep pulses
5. Mountain climbers
6. Single arm push (R)
7. Single arm push (L)

We'll do each move for 45 seconds, with a 15 second break between. Let's do this!!!

At the beginning of this week I couldn't do 10 seconds of tricep pulses without having to stop. Now I can make it through the whole 45 seconds or even longer. Anyone struggling please don't get discouraged, just keep pushing through, you will get stronger every day! ❤

I have officially lost 20 pounds since starting doing Cassie's monthly workout calendars in February! Not only have a lost some weight, but Cassie's videos have helped me love my body more than ever and love myself. Thank you so much, I can't wait to see where I will be after a full year of doing her videos everyday :)

Day 1: Omg this is so hard
Day 2: I still need to get those oil riggers
Day 3: My arms are soreee
Day 4: Doing slightly better with the oil riggers
Day 5: I feel stronger but omg I'm sweaty
Day 6: Wow I can't believe I'm almost done
Day 7: Wow I can't believe I'm finished with this/ I have worked out for 3 weeks straight, I'm so proud

I started with this workout 6 months ago, and I couldn’t do a single move without resting afterwards. I’ve been following the calendar ever since, and now I just finished the full video straight through, no rest - and without even breathing that hard! This stuff works!

I would like to thank you for this workout for several reasons- the super positive way you encourage us with reminders of strength, the fact that it's free, the enjoyable music...
And, honestly, the fact that I've managed to get my mother to do this with me and it's funny to see her suffer just as much as me. (She's four decades older than me and consistently kicks my butt at fitness related things.) She enjoys your videos and went from "I love Cassey" to "I hate this woman so much" in the course of twenty minutes. It was beautiful.

i have to say - i've been working out for 10 years pretty intensely, and I STILL had to take many pauses, and my arms DIED! Cassie's videos seem simple but are really difficult!
So, no matter how much you did, it is GREAT and you should be super proud of yourself - keep it up!! :)
