Since @ChloeTing abs in 2 weeks and booty challenge worked out so well for me. I thought I'd give her 3 weeks lean arms workout

I did this workout for 15 mins everyday for 21 days! This is part of Chloe Ting’s 3 weeks lean arms challenge ! I have documented my workout with before, during and after measurement of my arms. I hope this video motivated you to try the challenge out for yourself!

You can’t spot-reduce fat, the only way the make your “arm flabs” go away is to lose body fat. On the other hand, your arms look great and are not flabby.

Vy this is important: you want to build up your triceps muscle to fill the void on the back end of your arms, you should find dumbell techniques to build up your triceps at home, otherwise if you have access to a public gym with cables, I STRONGLY recommend you purchase a tricep rope puller & work with that.

Yeah, looks like your body/arms just went through recomposition if your measurements stayed the same. Getting toned is still great any day 😊

if you do the lean arm challenge again, I bet you can do the push up in full form. But yes, you lost quite a bit with only 3 weeks

That’s a big change, honestly, especially for 3 weeks. Did you change your diet and do other workouts besides this challenge?

Hi Gurrly, I really think that because you didn't have the strength to do the workouts properly in the first 2 weeks, you weren't getting results till the last week. I would love to see you do this challenge 1 more time to see if you lose what you are wanting. I am extremely weak in the arms as well although everywhere else I am more fit. I know I would have to do this challenge 2 or 3 times to get where I want to be... also wanted to let you know that I saw a huge difference in just 3 weeks! AWESOME!! I am SO gonna do this! Thank you for sharing!! 💞🦋🌺
