I PINCHED that exact muscle at work a few weeks ago. I couldn't even PUSH correctly trying to take a sh*t, absolute agony. It passed after a 3 day break and some light-duty when I returned to the warehouse...

How do these compare to doing side raises on the back extension machine/bench? I have had severe aching pain going on back inside my hip like underneath my tailbone area and I’m pretty sure it’s my QL so I’ve been trying to do a bunch of side races, but I don’t feel like it’s hitting them.

Side plank dips dont lock the feet in position and arent as effective as standing arms raised with band
