How to Hammer Curl (Dumbbell) — [Step-by-Step Technique]
Step 1: Stand shoulder-width apart with your knees soft and core tight.
Step 2: Hold the dumbbells loosely at your sides.
Step 3: Alternating arms, curl the weight up across your body, keeping your hand in the same position (do not supinate your hand). Squeeze your biceps HARD at the top.
Step 4: Lower the weight slowly and controlled back to the start position.
