You should sit down so its more controlled and more for the bicep, even more if you do single arm, because hes still moving his body slightly

Bottom to top is good too IMO, you’re training biceps and forearms that way. The form you’re doing is great too though, it’s a bicep isolation exercise

For those who don't get it which are absolute idiots, you shouldn't move your shoulders excessively forward, due to this, your biceps won't react because of the cause of gravity.

I can lift a 20 kg dumbbell with the first one form
But Now i can only lift a 17 kg dumbbell with a second form 😭

Yeah BUT my weights are for some reason rlly big even tho don’t weigh as much as they should given their size SOO I can’t get it to my sides

Yeah, get those front delts and pecs out of the exercise, to have less impact from them and put more stress on the biceps itself.👍
