Replace the concentracion curl for a pronated curl, the over head with both dumbells and then it is perfect

if i did 4 x 12 of all of these would this be a good arm workout overall? obviously the weight will vary push to max but keeping the form

Here’s the thing,
If you do hammer curls and standard curls, you don’t need concentration curls, which’re stupid and bad anyway
Tricep kickbacks are bad cuz proper form is so hard just do overhead extensions which ensure proper form and no jerks that 4th exercise is just bad it puts the shoulder in an injurious position especially the rotator cuff

Suddenly have shoulder pain ... not heavy pain.
But Feel uncomfortable...I not even did shoulder or chest workouts... unable to do workouts .
