You can practice on the floor (ideal and recommended) or on the bed if the floor is not a possibility.
While using the practices suggested in the video, please remember to take small steps, and also not to do anything more than what your current capacity allows you.
Practice on an empty stomach, and do not hurry the practice.
Avoid anything that feels strenuous.
Have a happy and safe practice at all times.

Excellent session. I am having low back pain and this flow gave good relaxation to the low back.
Since there is no background music, all cues were audible and I could do it without looking g at the screen. 🙏🏼

I really enjoyed this video. I woke up with really bad lower back pain and I thought I was going to have to deal with it all day long. I decided to do pranayama and this video and those two things relieved my back pain immediately...very magical!!! Now my back pain has lessened! Thank you!
