2 YEAR UPDATE:

Started doing this exercise 2 years ago because my back was killing me and the doctors were no help. I saw the benefits immediately. In time started doing it every day, but after about 4 months or so, my back pain was completely gone, so I reduced it to 2 - 3 times a week. And it has been saving my life since then. I reached out and thanked Jen for this video so many times I think she is sick of me at this point.

If you're gonna try anything, try this. I vouch with all my heart. And it also makes for an excellent bed time relaxation too. You'll feel so relaxed after this.

This is honestly the only yoga video I go to because I IMMEDIATELY feel better! I started about a few years ago; on and off. I know that if I stayed consistent along with eating healthier (working on it) results would be way better but everytime my body feels like I need to stretch I do this and I feel 100 x's better! Thank you Jen! 💕

I love how she lingers in each pose for a long period of time. When I watch other yoga videos, I always feel like I'm rushing to keep up with the instructor. It feels good to work at a slower pace😌

I used to be healthy, did yoga, and took great care of my body..somehow I lost it..gained 50lbs and am in constant pain.. it took me so long to even get the willpower to do this today, but what was even great was I found you.. there, are so many people out there that don't know what they are doing..I can say lying on my back after this was all done, I had a million tears streaming down my face..thank you for all you do, and when I build up where this video is easy, I can't wait to try your other ones..

Hey Jen, I started using this Yoga video for my back pain back I'm 2012 when I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Interstitial Cystitis. The back pain is the worst.

To this day, I still use this video to lessen my back pain. It always helps and if I do it regularly, my pain is much more manageable.

I just want Jen to know that I've been using this video for the past 12 years

I’ve followed along to tons of yoga videos on YouTube for my neck and back (old football injuries, multi-level symptomatic herniations etc) and this is THE best one I’ve found. It’s perfect

This is my FAVORITE video. I’ve been doing it for 5 years. My neck and back are SO much better! I love Jen! Great soothing voice and wonderful stretches!

I did a 30 min. bedtime sleep&relaxation routine before this, and my neck is constantly killing me with random, painful knots etc. so i decided to do this too, and I started to cry. Seriously. I've been so stressed, anxious and depressed for years, almmost decades now, and all this is helping more than years upon years of pointless therapy and dozens of different medications. Yoga might be the end of my misery, and therefore the end of my multiple medications and ailments. I love you people. Thank you <3

Been meaning to comment you for ages, so a big thanks for taking the time to make your videos for us. Ive been using the same few for over a year now, i am a young man age 26 and would highly recommend your teachings to all fellow young men of my age, as the majority of young men would not take a suggestion of practising yoga very seriously, which is a shame. Im only just now starting to really understand where yoga can take me, and the mental tranquility doing these simple stretches can offer! Its slowly become the most important thing to do every day. Your approach and choice of exercises, has been perfect for me, you are the yoga sage! Helped me enjoy my life and prepare for my days with even better wisdom. Much love.

The stretches starting at about 23:23 going to about 25:20 have completely cured the mid-back i have had for years, i only wish i had found this video sooner. It only took about a week to get rid of the pain. I now do these stretches every morning when i get up & right before i go to bed, i look forward to doing them each day. Thank You So Much Jen!

Thank you I do this one once twice a day, so I see you everyday, this is my fave thank you, I get up at 1 30 or 2 am as I have to be at work at 5 am I have back issues seeing a Dr, but this has helped me so much, I feel better, I do when I come home, sleep better, blessings to you Jen 😁🙌😘

I have been doing this yoga for the last 5 years. When I first started I had terrible neck pain every day. I started doing this video every day for one week and my pain disappeared immediately after that. I would consider this video life-changing actually! I eventually got a memory foam mattress which helped a ton as well. I continue to use this video anytime I need a full-body stretch. It is the best video I have ever found. I do this and then a guided meditation and I am so relaxed, I fall asleep. 10/10 :) 👏
