Welcome to your 15 min morning yoga flow. This class includes options for all levels and focuses on helping you start your day in a mindful way.

Today's class includes a steady vinyasa flow with sun salutations, hip openers, backbends and standing balances. It's designed to help you feel like you've given your body everything it needs to have a great day.

Reallt liked this practice. I literally roll out of bed and find a practice to do. I was/am very low energy, struggling with anxiety and sometimes want to skip my yoga routine but your videos have made me super consistent.

I really loved the faster pace and the scenary is so peaceful. The class is perfect on its own, but I can also see it as a warmup for another class w/ Charlie...or adding on the recent evening yoga class. Really, the options are endless. Thank you, as always!

I am so glad that I came across your videos! I have tried many online yoga teachers, and you are by far my favorite! The pace is perfect for me! When you say breathe in, I am already breathing in at that moment. I don't have to rush my breaths or timing. It is perfect. And I love how you are outside. It is so calming. I did this with my toddler next to me and he’d smile whenever he could hear the river. Really lovely moments. Thank you for the short ones for busy mums who still want to feel like they are doing something.
