It’s currently evening my time but this was also a nice workout session to end the day. After hitting 30s, I find my body aches and gets stiff if I really don’t move/exercise. But this was perfect. Been a while since I last did your classes Nicole but you’re still the very best in this platform. Thank you always for your wonderful videos and of course being a great instructor! ❤
