I am a 68 year old women with rheumatoid arthritis and I struggle with most yoga. I have tried many other YouTubers but none of them helped me as much as you, Charlie. God bless you, have a wonderful day.

I've been doing yoga for 10/15 minutes a day for the last years and I've discovered only you months ago. I'm willing to get more 10/15 minutes yoga flows from you because I loved this one! No music, clear directions and effective. Thank you!

Charlie this was absolutely great. I appreciated the little differences you’ve added to the traditional poses like when you shifted the weight to one side while reaching overhead. Thanks for a great practice 😊
