i love how it’s short but effective and not absolutely impossible to do, and you could even do more sets with this workout if you wanted to i love itt

You are the only person who has been able to make me enjoy working out. I have notice my arms and legs are more strong and lost some of the love handles i had. I suffer from PCOS and only do light workouts. Thank you 💕💕

I always assume these are going to be easy because they're short but boy was I wrong ahha again I guess I'm still sore from yesterday's workout, this burns so good!

Thanks Madeleine, this is my first time trying pilates, in the pandemic I used to do exercise in those lose weight apps but after 2021 I lost all interest and couldn’t really afford a gym, I’m gonna try hard because I wanna feel more confident about my body and be healthier. I feel like this kinda videos are very endearing and relaxing
