Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

doing a 1 week challenge
day 1: pretty intnse, felt the burn, took a few breather ( 31.08.24 )
day 2 : still intense, getting abit easier, took less breathers ( 01.09.24 )
day 3: getting abit easier, burnss! so effective ive already seen results in the first 2 days! ( 02.09.24 )

I’m gonna try to do this to the 13th of November😊
(Trying to update you guys as much as possible I’m also running and doing a small rib cage workout I’ve done this before but was a bit lazy so I haven’t done it full time so I want to stay focused now)
Day 1: ✅it wasn’t as hard because as I said I’ve done it before but I ran 7km so the start was KILLING my legs
Day 2: ❌ kinda forgot about it😅 but I did walk like allot dont remember how much but i walked
Day 3: ✅ did it it wasn’t that hard… but the first two and last two always get me😅 I also walked allot today as well and i think that I’m starting to think a bit more about calories for a better result :)
Day 4: ✅ kind of the same answer as day 3 I’ve also walked allot and now that I think about it I’ve forgot to do before messurs so I’m just going after what I see in the mirror :)
Day 5: ✅ I’ve ran 7 km today so this workout hit even harder I’ve noticed that I’m more confident now that workout and I can see a teeny little outline of my abs but rember I have dine this workout before but like not straight so it might also be from there :)
Day 6: ✅ did it quite late in my pjs… but I haven’t noticed any change in the workout hardness so that good I think. I’ve walked today as well and I’ve noticed that I’ve gotten a bit more skinnier
Day 7: ✅ I did it in my bed and for some reason it was allot harder than the other days. I’ve also become more confident and I’ve also walked allot today :)
Day 8: ✅ I think I’ve done it a bit wrong the other days because I’m starting to feel it more in my core so that’s good I’ve also ran 7km
Day 9: ❌ went to the gym
Day 10: ❌ went to the gym
Day 11: ✅ ran 7km so this really hit im shaking a little bit while I’m writing this😂 having really noticed anything
Day 12: ❌ held a birthday party so didn’t have time (IK I’m having allot of ❌ and I’m SUPER SUPER disappointed in my self I’ll try to better better I !
Day 13:✅ like every other day
Day 14:✅
Day 15:✅ ran 7km
Day 16❌ went to the gym ( I’ve noticed that I’ve gotten a bit fatter but I also think that has to do with my eating Ik I said I would eat healthier but it kinda went down..)
Day 17:❌ went to the gym
Day 18:✅ ran 3km kinda disappointing but yk it’s okay to not always do everything
Day 19: ❌ rest day
Day 20: ✅ did it and ive started to g’et skinne again!
