This 7 day sculpted abs pilates workout challenge will help get a flat stomach and strengthen your deep core. It's a super intense 5 minute at home pilates abs workout that will target your deep core and abdominal muscles to build a functional and stable core, and also help you get visible abs. Keep your movements controlled through this workout to feel the most intense burn. I challenge you to do this for 7 days and let me know how you do in the comments down below! Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.
Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health.

Doing this every day for I don’t know how long: (like and reply to the comment so I can remember to keep going)
Day 1: Felt the burn. No visible results (which was expected). I am beginner/intermediate and it wasn’t too hard for me personally.
Day 2: Felt the burn a little less, but definitely still felt it 😅. I was able to do it with no breaks (which I was impressed by). No visible results yet.
Day 3: Same thing as day two, although my stomach looks a little flatter
Day 4: Then again, felt the burn. I was able to follow her pace for the whole workout. Not super visible results. Easier than other times.
Day 5: I ate a huge burger today (and you could tell 😅) I was bloated for the whole day. I did this workout like 5 hours later and I wasn’t bloated anymore. The burn was less than other times. Overall pretty good
Day 6: Had a break day- my stomach did bloat more than other times though, so keep that in mind 😅
Day 7: The burn was about a 4/10, so not bad. Since I have some belly fat to start with, I don’t have abs yet, (which is expected). So overall, no visible results but I’m feeling great ! I’m going to try to do this twice a day or something, we’ll see about that though.
Day 8: Took a break, but my stomach is pretty flat ngl
Day 9: Going strong, I’m starting to see some abs on the top of my stomach, so yayaya 😊
Day 10: Sale as day 9

Took a 2 day break because of school 😅

Day 13: My stomach looks quite flat 🤭. It was harder than before (but it’s probs cause I took a 2 day break). So far so good
Day 14: I am waking up with a flatter stomach but no visible abs, which makes sense since I’m not changing my diet in any way and I’m only doing this once a day

Overall: I’ve decided to move on to a more difficult an workout (longer too) to challenge me more. I thought this was a great workout and it did flatten my stomach quite a bit. I feel like if you do this workout more than once and eat healthier you might see results faster than what I did. Anyways, I’m going to start a new (as I said) more complicated workout to challenge myself a bit more cause this started to get a little easy. Sorry for not hanging around much longer 😅 (but it’s for my own good) 😂
