7 Day Pilates Challenge 🤍 workout 2
Each day of the challenge I’m going to post a new workout. Beginner level do this once. Repeat this workout 2-3 times if you're advanced. Leave me your workout requests 🤍

This workout will help to work your deep core and waist, which pulls your abs in like a corset creating flat abs and a toned waistline. This is one of my fave quick ab series!! Enjoy!!

I know a lot of people are asking for longer workouts, but honestly, I LOVE these short ones. Sometimes the days can get very full and a 20 min workout feels overwhelming. And on those days, these 5 min ones are perfect because even if they're short, I feel like I did something for my body. They help me stay consistent and instead of missing a day, I can choose to do a shorter one <3 Can't wait for more 😍

Doing this along with your 28 day challenge and the last two workouts of this routine, oh my god?? I literally screamed "WHAT" when you made us crunch for the second time again lmaooo. Thank you so much for another fulfilling workout, you always make me feel better and strong! <3

This is the best ab workout I’ve done. I felt more in five minutes than I did in 10 with other popular waist workouts! It was controlled and I didn’t feel like it was going to further injure my umbilical hernia. Thanks a bunch!!

This was so short but let me tell you it was hard as hell. My abs were still sore from yesterday’s workout and this burned. I also felt super unmotivated today so I literally did this whole workout in my bed. Mind over matter! Getting it done no matter what. ❤

I finished the 28 days challenge and decided to do it all over agian, I noticed I have been gaining alot energy, I don't feel sluggish anymore and I love how short these workouts are, I haven't notice a huge change in my body because I haven't been eating right😬 I just eat whatever, bad food lol, but overall I love this challenge. It is hard, but I feel so good right after☺️

Wow, this workout is amazing! It burned so bad by the end hahah but that makes the workout feel even more rewarding. Your workouts always make me feel so energized, motivated and good, thank you so much for sharing them with us! I’m at the end of the 28 day challenge and I feel so good and proud of myself for keeping at it until the end. I believe that a big part of the reason why I managed to do that was the positive and supportive (while at the same time calming) energy you exude in each of your videos, your constant encouragements and the pace of your videos. I’ve really felt a change and I’ll try my hardest to stick to this new routine I’ve developed with your workouts because it has truly transformed my days. thank you so much for this challenge I hope you can make more like them! im a full-time student working multiple jobs so sometimes finding 30mins- to 1 hour to set aside to work out can be difficult. On the days where I dont have a ton of time these are so perfect and effective!

Yes! Doing the 7-day challenge, today I had extra time and did day 1 + day 2 and felt awesome! Thank you for these short effective workouts! I can never bring myself to do a 20min one, but when we have short ones like these I sometimes spend the same time on the mat, just doing one after another :))

You are actually getting me into working out with these 5 mins videos, it helps me get more motivated to do it since the longer videos are so daunting. Then I mix em up and make a short workout/ stretch before I get on my elliptical.

Absolutely love this and I couldn’t believe how small and fluid movements felt intense and targeted. I love 5 minute workouts because even on hectic days, I can carve this time out, which keeps me consistent. Thank you for beautiful content combined with a beautiful energy.❤

Omg, my abs are on FIRE! Loved this one! I'm advanced, but did this only once because I did it after a 20 min Pilates & a 15min Yoga session, so my body, including my abs, is SPENT :D
