Just getting into the foam rollers. Done a few videos loving this one!! Different activating moves, low stress, & in-between stretching. Felt so so good

Pilates does work. Tendons ligament stretch are great so you don't get hurt. Working out is a way of life try everything he's correct. Stay busy don't make excuses love all of you. Taking my daughter to school great video
