Hey besties!

This is day 23 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 15 minute upper body pilates workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

Reminder, as always, these are just my workouts I do daily that I want to share. I'm not a medical professional so please if anything hurts stop this video and rejoin me on another!

killer ! i just want to say, for those who think of pilates as a "soft girl" workout, i remember doing variations of almost every one of these exercises in my Army basic combat training in 2020!

hi lovers hope everyone is doing OK I'm proud of everyone who has reached 23 days thought on my side was not the same I have not done any workout since the day Madeilene uploaded day 18 since I was not feeling myself I have been so down no matter how I tried it was impossible for me to get back to my usual routine. but hopefully from tomorrow I will start again ☺☺

Day 23.. I got a comment today from a coworker asking how much weight I’ve lost. It was the first time that someone started to notice the positive changes I’ve been putting in since I started this journey . Thank you, Madeleine for making me love moving my body through your Pilates!, , ❤

day 23/25 and i have to say! this is the best workout plan that i do in a long time. i was a girl who like to workout liked chloe ting and pamela reif but i decided to try pilates for the first time and i should say that i´m surprise that it work on me and i already see the difference. thank u madeleine for this.

day 23/25, this is only workout that I am ever close to completing. i am not a fan of HIIT workouts, so this change of pace is great. this genuinely put me in a good state of mind. love these workouts :)

okay omg. if youve been looking at my comments everyday then youd know ive been kinda sad lately. but today i felt like i did everything perfectly today. i felot so good cause it hurts so bad. idk i cant explain. day 23/25 done. 2 more days to go thats it. ok see ya tmro

I pushed myself to workout today because I wasn’t feeling that great. I’m so glad I did. I feel much better now. Thanks for the workout ♥️
