I used to think that if I did 100 crunches a day, I'd get good strong, toned abs! 😂 - And actually tried it!

All this left me with was a sore neck, feelings of discouragement with no change in my abs.

When I tried Pilates exercises like these, I honestly started to notice my strength improve AND I felt good about exercise. - Which made such a difference to my outlook on pursuing staying fit.

I've made this video for you so that you also can feel how good simple moves like this are.
