Hi from Indonesia. I'm a beginner and trying this for the first time today. I paused in the middle, around minute-13, with a pair of 2 kg dumbells, but then proceed to finish. It's both challenging n fun, like I need to push my limit. And when I finally reach the end, I felt a sense of accomplishment 😂Thank you for this video ❤

Good morning Jacinta (it's 08.00 AM here) Want you to know that i've tried 3 standing pilates with other trainers (you don't want to do the same day in day out) but you are the best. These other 3 were all in such a hurry. It felt more like a cardio workout. And some talked way too much. So, thank you! I wished you had more standing 20 minute workouts. Enjoy your day!
OH, and although i don't see the difference yet, (it's only a month and 3 times a week) i do feel it 🙂🙂.

I really enjoyed this, the 23 minutes practically flew by. It was challenging enough that I feel good but not so hard that the rest of my day is shot. I do YouTube workouts all the time and typically can’t stand ones with any talking but you seem so down to earth and real and not “influencery” it’s super refreshing. I really liked the pacing of this class, i didn’t feel like I was racing through the movements. I’m glad I did this class and can’t wait to check out others.

Omfg girl.. i have been doing only HIITS workouts since 4 years qnd today I decided to do the pilates and this one absolutely killed me 😱🥹.. I took two breaks in the middle and finally finished the workout.. I now realize how much strength is far from me . Definitely adding your workouts to my routine

I’m quite unfit at the moment and looking to add daily workouts to fix it, this had me sweating and shaking and I had to take a few breaks but I finished it and felt so proud .thank you

I started on November 1. Oh oh oh, the muscle pain i got after a day. But today, November 4 i'm back 🙂. I desided to be nicer to my body so instead of 2 kg i now used 1 kg dumbells. Step by step! These 20 minutes are perfect to start my day with, so thank you!

Did this workout while on vacation and only a pair of dumbbells were available. 5lbs. Omg. Such a great workout. I had to pause half way but completely it and felt super awesome. Body and mind.
