Hey yogis! Here is an energizing yoga flow to help wake you up in the morning. We'll start with a full head to toe warm-up before moving around our mats, into our standing sequence. Ending with a little bit of core work and supine twists. We'll spend the last 2 minutes doing a body-scan meditation before setting our intention for the day.
Practicing yoga in the morning has so many great health benefits! Practice this flow daily and you will notice an increase in strength and flexibility, mental clarity and leveled moods. I hope you enjoy.

It's 6:15am in Munich, and I just did this beautiful morning yoga pratice with my windows open and birds chirping...what a great way to start a day! Thank you so much, I think this might be my favorite morning yoga sequence ever! 🤍

This was wonderful. Great balance of stretches / gentle poses / energizing poses. It's incredible how inflexible I am when doing the splits and forward folding haha. Your soothing voice is like ASMR at the same time. Thank you Jessica
