You inspire me!!!! 🙏🦠💕 I have Lupus, heart aneurysm, 2 brain tumors benign in pituitary causin blurry vision, balance disturbances and many more, I have a huge hole in my brain, RA, your cherry attitude and carrying about people is viral!!! Thank you from bottom of my heart being here for us in those hard times because I’ve been locked up since December!!! You give me hope you put a smile on my face and I know one day I will visit those beautiful place you guys visited. I’m so grateful Creator put me on my path. I didn’t get sick yet!!! I do go to get groceries from time to time for my kids and walk our dogs. I would definitely like more morning flows like this! The shortness of it is a perfect fit into a morning routine. I could always do my own sequences but I truly love following along sometimes. You are inspirational!! 🥰

Recently my mental health has been deteriorating again, quite a shame after I was doing so well for a while. I noticed a pretty strong correlation to when I stopped doing Yoga regularly and this has happened before. So I'm making it my priority to get some yoga in every day and the best way to do that is to do in first thing in the morning so there are no excuses. Already after just a few days I'm feeling better, so thank you!

Boho Beautiful, I write this to say a massive thanks. I am 46 with pretty bad back issues from years of training and injuries. I needed to find something that was light, not to taxing on the body but something that works. This video is it. I do this every morning. I struggled to bend over enough to place my hands on my knees. Now I can bend over and touch my finger tips on the floor with knees straight. My movement in general has improved dramatically. I have begun cycling again and walking, All this is thanks to this video by this beautiful woman. Thank you from my heart.

With the cold weather hitting hard this week I haven’t been able to run in the mornings, so I decided to try a short morning yoga session. I’ve completed this quick 10 min yoga 5 days in a row and I feel great! I think it may turn into my winter routine ❤️ Thank you for providing so many practices and meditations 🧘🏽‍♀️

I believe when you chase some sort of objective and tell yourself “I’ll be happy once I get this or once I have this or do this” you’ll find that once you get that thing you’re no different than before. I believe the path to happiness is within, not some external point to run to, so look within and find a perspective that allows you to be happy in the present. And I think we should spend most our time in the present because happiness is maximized when you’re lost in the moment and not thinking of something else while you’re doing whatever it is that is bringing you happiness. I find meditation helps practice being present and being in your body more than your mind. I also find that while meditating the mind is put at ease, making it easier to find a healthy perspective on things. Peace and love mis amigos eternos :)
