Rise & shine yogis! Here's a 10 minute full body yoga stretch to help you wake up.

I've got another 10 minute morning yoga class for you this week :) No props needed, this simple flow will help you release tension from your entire body and energize you for the day ahead.

Stretch out stiff, tired and achy muscles with this 10 minute morning yoga full body stretch for beginners.This sequence will relieve aches, pains and stiffness that are so common in the morning. This is a beginner friendly class that I hope you will enjoy!

If you have flexibility goals, this is a great class to do on a regular basis to improve hip and hamstring mobility as well as deeper backbends and shoulder flexibility.

You're the one who finally allowed me to include yoga as a daily routine. My lower back usually aches when I wake up and 10 mn of yoga with Kassandra is all it takes to breathe the pain away! Bless you for that! 🙏

I do love the ten minute morning classes for when im crunched on time, but I’d love to see more 20-30 minute morning classes!

I only had time for a short one this morning and this was perfect to help limber up my tight muscles, getting me ready for the day ahead. The best part was when my new tiny cute kitten Lucy (Goosey) laid down in front of my iPad and pawed at Kassandra on the screen. Adorable!

Dear yoga instructor. I'm a 44 yr old tough as nails welder. Lately not so tough. My work is causing me to feel like my bodies dying. Constant pain and tension. I've been doing your routines for around 3 weeks. Thanks to you I'm looser and able to push much further than b4. Thought I would have to turn to narcotics. Nope just yoga. God bless u. I love these 10 minute ones....it keeps me doing yoga every morning. My cat must love you because he keeps trying to cuddle up to my phone while watching...I've moved it twice.... luckily your instructions are easy to follow 😻
