This class is sequenced in a way that offers mindful movements and stretches to release the nights tension from the body while also promoting a calm relaxed mind for those who are feeling anxious about their work day. As always it's important to respect your limits and modify or skip any poses that don't feel right.

What I love about your channel and your content is that it’s very… flexible… you remind us that it’s okay NOT ask so much from our bodies, especially if we can’t handle it that day and it’s very motivating and makes it feel okay not to be at 100%!

I also would LOVE to know why your right partial forearm is covered?? I’m not sure if you have anything about it anywhere but, I couldn’t seem to find it… it almost reminds me of like the wii when you have like a colored glove for distinguishing… I really oddly like it 😅❤

I am so very grateful for you and your videos 💓. I am in the process of quitting smoking and starting new healthy habits. Im 34 and mostly I have done damaging things to my body thus far.
