Another growwithjo morning workout to spice up your morning routine, get you in a good mood for the day and get 5000 steps in! This workout is focused on the abs to help you strengthen your core and reduce excess fat around your midsection. Walking is proven to be an effective and sustainable way to lose weight. So continue to do this walking workout with me to see and feel an amazing change.

5000 steps is a huge accomplishment if you can get this workout done first thing in the morning, and if you want to take the challenge on of doing this every morning for a week, you will end up walking 35,000 steps in just one week!

Not only will these workouts make you feel amazing, glowing from the inside out; they will also help increase your caloric expenditure so if your goal is to lose weight at home, this workout will help you tremendously.

Remember that exercise is only part of the journey. If your goal is to see a physical change, you will also have to take into consideration the amount and quality of the food that you are eating!

Take this workout one step at a time (literally) and if any of the exercises are a bit too challenging, modify or walk on the spot! Our goal is to get our steps in and get that glow on!

Today was my first day. I made it through 12 minutes. Havent worked out in 18+ years. Aiming for more tomorrow. I'm determined 🤞🏼🙏

I have watched a couple of Jo's videos previously and seen result videos. I have decided to commit to this one video for atleast 10 days.
Day 1 - able to do 10 minutes.
Day 2 - 17 minutes. Thank you for the comments!
Day 3 - It's Saturday! Did 19 minutes today :)
Day 4 - Sunday! 26 minutes today..discovered there was a water break in between lol
Day 5 - 15 minutes! All I felt like doing today :/
Day 6 - 31 minutes! Yay! So happy I'm sticking to it :) 4 days to go :)
Day 7 - 17 minutes :/ was extremely tired before the workout but pushed through. Glad I did :)
Day 8 - 28 minutes. :) Almost there..
Day 9 - 100% completed. 41 minutes. Woohoo!!
Day 10 - 100% completed. Grand finale :) Done and dusted!

The scale doesn't lie. Since being consistent with your workouts, I have lost 15 pounds in 5 weeks. I feel lighter, have more energy, and am more confident in myself.

Started working out with Jo 2 weeks ago and I’ve never been so excited to start a workout everyday. So many videos to choose from. So much fun. Jo’s smile is contagious and I’m laughing and smiling throughout the workout!

Day 2! I am doing a 14 day challenge, I am only taking off on my rest day, and if you post a new video! I can’t believe how far I have come in a year and a half! 53lbs gone, waist size went from a 48 to a 28!

I’m so happy I could cry 😭 I thought this was 30 mins, it was 40! I got through the whole thing during the premier without pausing. I guess knowing how long a video is can sometimes be a mental block. Thank you for always pushing us!!!

I started her workouts in August and I have already lost 18lbs. She is so inspiring, encouraging and I love how it seems she is talking directly to me through the TV. This is one thing Jo has helped me with that I want the world to know:

You have to be more than consistent with these workouts. You must be DISCIPLINED!!!

After the motivation and the passion goes away, we must dig deep within ourselves and get up and do the work. I saw the premiere had started already and I was just gonna find an easier workout, but I dug deep and started this workout from the beginning. Last year, I would have stopped at the water break. A year later, I got through the whole thing 🤘🏾 and still have energy! I am a cancer survivor and I am strong 💪🏾🙌🏾 thank you so much Jo!!! #foreverafan

Looks like I did better this time around! Also had a lower average hr even though I had higher stats!!

I love your workouts so much! I’ve been doing them for the last year and a half and am officially down 100 pounds! I thought it would have been impossible with my pcos but your workouts helped me so much to stick with a healthy lifestyle ❤️

I'm 67 years old. Have bad balance and lower belly fat.
I started slow and I feel so good. I try to do two videos a day.

Giiiirls... that was something 😄 I promised in yesterday's premiere to try this video today. Did I look like a dancing potato? Yes. Did I pant like an angry boar? yes. Did I have to modify or do some of the exercises slower? yes. But I did it. I didn't give up, I pushed through and at the end of the video, I almost started to sob when Jo began to praise my effort (true story, I was just so proud of myself!) 😄💕 When I began my journey with Jo in June I could do only 12-15minut of constant exercising. Now I can do 40min 4 times a week. 3-4kg down (I am not really good with my nutrition) but almost a dress size down (from 40 to 38 / 10 to 8) so I guess I have exchanged some of my fat for muscles. And what is even better - I feel stronger, more confident, and for the first time in my life, I am truly looking forward to working out and challenging my body. As a person with anxieties tied to my body is a big step. Thank you Jo and also to this lovely community from the bottom of my heart. And if you are reading this and struggling, remember: even with baby steps you can reach your goal 💖

This was 8/10 difficulty for me. However, I’ve been doing your workouts since January, and I completed this workout without any breaks. Very shocked at my capability, I’m dripping in sweat, and feel so energized for the day. I’m so grateful to God for discovering your channel. I haven’t weighed myself since January, but I bought a pair of jeans that month that wouldn’t go past my thighs, today they fit That means I’m losing not only weight but inches!!! It’s April now, and I plan to weigh myself around the 6 month mark, but so far I’m going off of how I feel, which is Stay CONSISTENT!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
