I do your sit and swing but it wasn't enough for me to lose weight. So I use the sit and swing for warm up and then do as much of this video as I can. Since Winter I got up to 151 pounds and now I am a 149 and I've only been doing it for a week. I'm very happy. I will keep trying to get to the entire 5000 steps.

Привет, Ими, спасибо Вам огромное за видео. Мне 56лет, вес 69кг. Ваше видео, это то что мне надо, не напригающее, спокойное, я чувствую после Ваших упражнений легкость. Желание сбросить 5-7кг. Но у меня мениска на колене, поэтому больно сгинать ногу. Теперь каждое утро буду выполнять Ваши 500 шагов, а вечером массажи.❤

Ими, огромное спасибо Вам, я все перепробывала, но Ваши занятия, мне больше подошли, за неделю, я сбросила по 2см в талии, бедрах, и2кг. Утром шаги 5000, а вечером ваши массажи. Это помогает. Я Вас ааабажаю.❤
