Thank you for this! I'll do it before I go sleep since I have a tight schedule tomorrow. I've so far lost 3 kilos from workouts here and there and healthy eating. Today, I'm officially from slightly overweight to normal healthy bmi! No turning back! Thank you for sharing this workout

I thought 400 cal in 30mins in a walking workout is too good to be true! But wow!!! You cut down my workout in half! This is an amazing all standing low impact high intensity workout!!! 😍

Mr. London, THANK This is my first workout after a year and a half and major weight gain. My body LOVED your workout. Lol It loved it so much, it rewarded me with the stamina to get through the 30 minutes. Thank you again and keep doing God's work!

Mr. London, I appreciate these workouts. Thank you. 9 months ago, I sustained a back injury that despite injections & various forms of therapy, I have not been able to enter back into the world of endurance running. Running is a love or hate sport, for someone who's loved it, it has been a grieving process. I've attempted reentry into twice, slowly, however, unsuccessfully. So, i've been walking where I once ran. It's not the same; however, I am thankful to still be able to walk. Your walking workout has broken up the walking routine. Which is a nice way to shake the muscles up again. Thank you for this low impact walking workout. My back appreciates it.

It’s weight dependent and of how hard you go, but according to my Apple Watch I burned 380 cals! I did this right after the 15 minute ab FUPA workout . Loved it!!
