5000 steps at home, indoors is really possible to do with today's video workout. In about 35 minutes you will will walk a little more than 2 miles and you will experience the benefits of a daily walk - but from the comfort of your home.

When you think about it - walking really is one of the best form of exercise because you don't really need to "suffer" through high-intensity exercises with weights or be going to the gym 3 times a week.

Love working out on this web site, I didn't get 5000 as the description advertised, I only got 3300 and worked vigorously for a 70 yr old. Great workout! Thanks for sharing.

I have reduced 2.5 lbs in 10 days by completing this walk workout. I was a fitness freak until 2 years ago by then Roberta’s gym workout was my favorite. Last 2 years I consoled my emotions only by eating food and sleeping and now I didn’t want to do Roberta gym for some time and this workout is helping me a lot. Long way to go. Hope to continue this journey.

Lately I've been so lazy and I gained so much weight that I couldn't even finish 10 minutes of my usual videos...I was SO depressed until NOW because this was so easy and fun that I didn't even realize I finished it! I know it's just a small thing but I'm so happy right now, I'll definitely keep doing this!

I love ❤️ this 5, 000 steps video. Doing the most steps in a short amount of time, just wish your step counter was on. Please more long step videos it has help me lose weight keeping track of my steps I really appreciate it, and the rest time comes at the right time and the length of it gives my arms a break 😅 Thank you much 😊

I love doing these workouts steps, they really do burn calories and help me or anyone to lose weight. They are easy and simple workouts steps. Just believe in yourself and have faith you can and will lose the weight. Because u will gain so much confidence and these steps exercises will make u keep on going and going. This was awesome. However it was not 5000 steps and I still walked during the rest period...I'm 135-137lbs and I burned a total of 215 calories getting 3870 steps in ! I enjoyed 😉

It's not 5, 000 steps but it's amazing. Focuses on all the muscles we don't really get to use much during the day. It is also very easy to follow and effective. Love to do this in the mornings, gives me a jump-start for the day. Already 3, 500 steps in and it's not even 8am 🥳
