I appreciate you making + labeling vids specifically for no jumping and no squatting. It is very difficult for me to find accessible workout videos that I don’t have to constantly modify. I hope one day soon I can build up the core connection to do the higher impact videos but these lower impact ones are absolutely necessary until then so I really commend you for catering to that demographic. And thank you for making them fun!😊

Such a great workout: absolutely love it! In my opinion it's the best for the waistline and burning fat. In spite of no jumps it's really sweaty. The moves are so wonderful: it makes you feel more like dancing. Also I really appreciate the choice of music: fits altogether perfectly!💝🥰

such a good workout. not done much exercise in a while and am trying to get back in shape. this was definitely a great one to start off with. 245 calories down and the sweat is unreal!

This appeared in my YouTube "feed" and I didn't notice that it's a recent one at that! I've been working out most often with the numerous excellent workouts that you posted months( and even a year or more) ago. This was another great workout. I have to admit I just haven't been one to work my abs/core even though it would help stabilize and improve my deteriorating disc issues. So this is a workout that I will save and hope to do at least on my in-between days. I realize as I noted this that I save 96% of the workouts I've done with you bc they are such excellent and worthwhile workouts. Thank you so much.

I love all your workouts. I don't know why but I have enjoyed this one so so so much. I didn't even realize and it was over 😉There were a few demanding exercises which also involved staying focused and using my brain so as not to be confused with the movements and their order😛It was excellent!!! Thank you that you took my request into consideration and you showed one of the exercise stading with you side🤩

Just found this workout and I thoroughly enjoyed it. At 72 years of age I can't do a lot of jumping. What I especially like is the music, no talking and cheerleading all through the workout which can become annoying if you choose to do the workout daily. Also like the clock ticking down...helps me to realize there is an end in sight. Thanks for all you do. Janice
