I just found this workout. I could only get to 15minutes. I will keep going till I get the whole 30 minutes. I am 64 years old and plan on staying as young as I can. Thanks...see you tomorrow!

This workout was great! Here are my stats-

Total steps- 3400
Calories - 287 kcal
Avg BPM- 144bpm
Max- 174bpm

It wasn't 5k steps even though I was fast and in pace with her but I'm happy with the workout and exercises!😁

After so long I managed to workout 30 minutes straight without giving up and now I am so full of sweat and happy. My fast-track watch showed 3195 steps, but the calories burned seems a lot. Let's hope one day, I achieve my goals.

Just found your workouts and I really enjoyed this one. 71 years young and it was doable. I can't get down on the floor but I did my own standing version. I look forward to working out more with you.

Love this workout! I’ve done it a few times now but not quite 5, 000 steps only around 3, 500 each time but regardless of that it makes me burn over 200 calories in 30 mins and gets me motivated ❤ thank you!

Maravilloso entrenamiento en esos días en los que nuestro mood es mas bajo, no entiendo como hay videos de otras personas que tienen más visualizaciones y realmente son aburridos, sin apenas movimiento y con una música que no motiva nada y este video que es lo más 🙌 para calentamiento o días que quieres moverte pero estas algo más off...recomendado al 100%

Never have sweat this much ever! Started 3 days with total beginner workout, low impact. Then tried yours on day 4. Love it! I don't know 30 mins can be this fast.

Finished this busy workout this morning. 300 calories! 🤩Love it much. Different from other walking exercise, this one is 60 sec with NO off and some moves are a bit more challenging. 👍 Highly recommend.

I was doing great til the first Fast Feet. From there, I couldn't keep up and it was a slow crash and burn. And yet, I finished. The burpees were a train wreck for me, but still. I'll be back to try this again I a few months and see how I've improved. Thanks for helping me get healthier. 46yo man.
