14 Day Weight Loss Challenge At Home

If you want some added challenge in your workouts, try exercising for nearly half an hour and do it for 2 weeks daily!

This workout will really help with your weight loss success in that all the routines here work toward a single goal--to burn overall body fat form all parts of your body without the need to go to the gym or use any equipment at all!

This workout is recommended to be done everyday for the next 14 days. Given that it lasts about 30 mins, you may need to do this workout in splits of you can't do it in one whole run. And that's ok! As long as you workout everyday until you finish the challenge, you should be seeing amazing results as you go along.

I did this exercise about 4 months ago and saw results within a week after i did the 14- day challenge I was stronger and fitter, i lost 4 kg. I am now starting to do this exercise again and hopefully I can see even more improvements 😁😁

I am working with since last 5days. And i myself can see the change in myself.. Its really working...even though i missed some of them intentionally still see the great change in me... I haven't follow up with any diet..

It is awesome to see some inch loss aswell.

Me and my wife have taken this challenge weight mine :80.5 kgs, wife: 75 kgs
Day 1 : 19 April : done
Day 2: 20 April : done
Day 3: 21 April : done, pain became less after today’s exercise, yesterday I was feeling a lot of pain in thighs .
Day 4: 22 April : done, felt easier, pain has also gone . Weight my -80.5 kgs, wife -74.7
Day 5: 23 April : done, now it is feeling much easier, sort of becoming a habit in morning .
Day 6: 24 April : done
Day 7: 25 April : done, felt little tired doing it today.
Day 8: 26 April : done, interesting today was toughest, felt tired in the middle . But then completed . 😀

Following this work out, will keep you updated with the results..
Day 1: It was tough to do, my whole body aches really badly now.
Day 2: Completed the whole workout, and still my whole body is paining very badly.
Day 3: Followed the same routine, I see a slight change .
