If your looking to release tension in your hips and lower back, try adding this gentle move to your routine! It’s also perfect if you’re short on space or have trouble getting down on the ground!

Tips:
- Move within your own range of motion.
- Keep your top foot flexed and in line with your top knee.
- Move slowly, giving your muscles time to relax into this stretch.

Reps:
Hold for around 10 seconds or more and repeat for the same amount of time on the opposite side.
